Creative Process Guarantee. I guarantee that every image sold was taken, edited, and prepared for printing by me. Moreover, each print sold includes my personal signature. You also have my assurance that each print created is made by a master printmaker according to my specifications and each print is reviewed for quality before being shipped to you. Finally, know that a Certificate of Authenticity accompany’s each print sold.

Materials Guarantee. All paper, mat and frame materials are archival quality. Paper prints have a longevity guarantee of 100 or more years if properly displayed or store. See Photo Care and Longevity Guidelines for instructions.

Forty-Five (45) Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a print, or you feel the print does not live up to your expectations, we will refund your money or allow you to return it for credit or exchange. Please read our Return Policy for a list of limited exceptions and instructions for returns.

Lifetime Fade-Free Warranty. Our prints are made from the finest fine art photographic papers. All paper used is archival acid-free and lignin-free. So too are materials used to mat and frame images. Photo Care and Longevity Guidelines accompany each print sold. If the guidelines are followed and the print fades we will replace it at no cost to you.

Lifetime Framing Warranty. We use archival frames and associated framing materials. If you purchase a print and frame combination from us, we will warranty the quality of the frame and related materials used to secure the print in the frame for a lifetime. The warranty covers frame material fade, matboard or backing warping and frame tape. Photo care and longevity guidelines accompany each print sold. If the guidelines are followed and the print fades we will replace it at no cost to you.
